Gulai-ikan-patin

Bahan :
– 2 ekor ikan patin, dipotong 3 bagian –
– 2 lembar daun salam –
– 2 cm serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan –
– 1 1/2 sdt garam –
– 1 sdt gula pasir –
– 500 ml santan encer (dari perasan santan kental)-
– 200 ml santan kental dari 1 butir kelapa –
– 3 sdm untuk menumis –

Bumbu halus :
– 8 butir bawang merah –
– 5 siung bawang putih –
– 3 cm kunyit, dibakar –
– 4 butir kemiri, disangrai –
– 1/2 sdt merica –
– 2 cm jahe –

Cara membuat :
1. Lumuri ikan patin dengan 1/2 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt air jeruk nipis. Diamkan selam 10 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam dan serai sampai harum. Maasukkan santan encer, garam dan gula pasir. Masak sampai mendidih.
