Karedok

Bahan :
– Kol 250 gram, cuci, iris tipis –
– Mentimun 1 buah, kupas, iris tipis –
– Taoge kacang hijau 50 gram, siangi –
– Kacang panjang 100 gram, potong 2 cm –
– Terung bulat 2 buah, iris tipis –
– Daun kemangi 2 batang –
– Air jeruk limau dari 1 buah jeruk –

Taburan :
– Bawang goreng secukupnya –
– Kerupuk aci secukupnya –

Bumbu halus :
– Kacang tanah 100 gram, goreng –
– Bawang putih 2 siung –
– Cabai merah 2 buah –
– Kencur 1 cm –
– Gula merah ½ sdm –
– Garam secukupnya –
– Terasi ¼ sdt, panggang –

Cara membuat :
1. Saus : Campur bumbu halus dan air jeruk limau hingga rata. Kalau perlu tambah sedikit air, karena sayuran terutama timun mengandung banyak air.
2. Campur semua bahan (sayuran) dengan saus kacang, aduk rata.
